Source Measurement Project:
ENSR performed an ambient and source measurements emissions testing program for a state-of-the-art hazardous waste incineration facility. This extensive project required trial burns for all RCRA performance standards, innovative approaches to POHC selection and spiking, metals spiking and hexavalent chromium evaluation, as well as sampling and analysis of feed and process residuals streams and certification of 15 continuous emissions monitors.
