New Source Review Project:

ENSR served as expert technical witness and performed all air quality studies and a comprehensive health risk assessment for a U.S. based 600 MW coal-fired cogeneration facility. This work was performed under an adjudicatory process which required re-engineering and a showing of improved air quality to address petitions for revocation of a former site certification. Subsequently, the intervening petitioners withdrew their opposition after a five-year battle.
