Our ENSR office in Japan focuses on providing our foreign multinational clients with key EHS services, including: EHS compliance audit; environmental due diligence assessment; hazardous material surveys; contaminated site investigation; and regulatory support.
Phase I environmental site assessment and due diligence assessment are core business in Japan. ENSR has finished portfolio assessments for financial institution purchases involving hundreds of properties. We have supported due diligence projects for many different type facilities including multinational investment company, oil and gas sector, pharmaceutical and food manufactory, as well as residential and commercial properties.
ENSR’s Phase II and remediation team has worked throughout Japan on property related projects. Our remediation team offers a full range of services for implementing a wide array of remediation technologies to select most cost-effective, thereby minimizing remedial costs while meeting the project objective.
We also provide support to Japanese clients operating outside of Japan, to help their corporate headquarters understand local EHS requirements and issues throughout Asia.
